Prior to establishing Mulcahy & Co in 1998, Chris Mulcahy spent more than ten years specialising in Industrial, Retail and Commercial Real Estate with two of Melbournes larger international commercial agencies.
Chris is a fully licensed Real Estate Agent and an associate of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria.

Ann Magee - Associate Director & Asset Management
Ann joined Mulcahy & Co in 2001 after spending eight years with one of Melbournes largest commercial agencies specialising in Commercial Asset Management.
Much to the delight of our clients, Ann prides herself on increased building efficiencies, reducing costs to our clients and maintaining market rents on the properties that we manage.
In addition to heading our Property Management Division, Ann has an enviable track record in negotiating Strata Sales of CBD offices.
